Billing: Invoiced monthly or per shipment
Cancellation: Anytime via the dashboard
SLA: 99.9% uptime for booking platform

3. SMS Program Terms

Program Name: Freight GPT Quote Alerts

Message Frequency: Event-based; varies when quotes match your criteria

Message Content: Quote availability, rate drops, and price comparisons

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe immediately

Cost: Msg & Data rates may apply depending on your carrier

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
